How does UDL fit with FfT?

I believe that UDL and FfT goes hand in hand.  They are very complimentary to each other.  Fft is supported by UDL.  UDL helps the teacher really thrive with Domain 1 with planning and preparation with the student(s) in mind.  It allows the teacher to think of ways to make their lesson engaging and student centered.  Domain 2 is also supported by UDL practices because it makes the teacher think about their environment and ensuring that it is student centered.  UDL and FfT I believe before…

You are the first person to connect PBL to SWD!  I wholeheartedly agree with this point....if we are to build more inclusive learning environments, we need to build "bigger and broader" learning experiences that allow ALL learners to participate.  PBL has so many pathways and options-- any learner can find a "place" in a PBL module--- and not just a place that "serves" a check on a list-- a place that is authentic and relevant....and, as you said, benefits the group and shows that all learners can make a positive contribution!
