Does anyone have  recommendations on rubrics.   Teachers are always looking for rubrics that can be used for many things and ones that can be easily tweaked.  Any ideas would be helpful.

The above website archives a series on Assessment For Learning webcasts that changed everything about how I 'evaluate' and therefor how I teach.

Alll the resources are on the site including: handouts, facilitators notes, and the archived videos.

There is ongoing discussions about 'sticking with the intense pace of curriculum' and student learning.

The site has hours of resources that we used over a 2 year period, and it was worth it!

Any suggestions on how get started and get teacher buy in? I work at an international school that is IB and staff feels bound to the intense pace of the curriculum.

@Stephen: Check out the CAST NAAC Evaluation Tool. It is an interactive UDL Guidelines that supports the review  and analysis of large-scale alternative assessments. Sign up for an account and check out the resource section for example ways to make assessments more UDL. A more general tool is under consideration.

Any examples of UDL designed evaluations for standardized reading/comprehension tests?  Beyond the usual adaptations (retrofits) such as more time and reader/scribe.
